2 tablespoons (10 g) per 6 oz of water. Want it stronger? Add a little more.

Will it make me jittery?

Can I use it as a pre-workout?
Yes, a lot of people drink a strong coffee 30 to 45 minutes before training. It's just coffee, so there's nothing to mix. Stay hydrated and listen to your body.
